I love the Lord and His word.  I am grateful for having been elected into salvation according to God’s good pleasure.  Grace is THE most powerful “substance” known to man.  When the Grace of God takes hold of a man or woman, it accomplished things that we alone cannot.  It changes us from enemies of God, into friends with God.  Through Grace we become sons and daughters of the Creator of the universe, and co-heirs with Christ to the kingdom of heaven.  While labels can be confusing, without apology, I would accept Protestant, Evangelical, Reformed, and Conservative to describe my worldview and my interpretation and application of Scripture.

My ministry passion is for college-aged students.  I have the honor of discipling a number of these amazing young people every year.  They represent the near-term future leaders of our states and nation, our industries, and our churches.  They challenge and inspire me and I hope I can do the same for them.

I am a retired corporate marketing executive. I worked for divisions of two of the world’s largest and most successful food and beverage manufacturers.  I had the privilege of travelling all over the world in my career and have seen, first hand, many of the unique cultures of this planet.  I am a lifelong student and observer of what does and does not work in business.  I love business strategy and evaluating how companies direct their course and execute their plans.  I will from time to time comment on things that are great and no so great about business in the category called The Marketplace.
